I have been training with Luke for nearly a year now and its the best decision I have ever made! I am so much stronger as a result of training with him and following his programme and his guidance. I am also much more confident in the gym and happy to try new exercises that I never would have done on my own before. Outside of training, Luke is incredibly supportive and has helped me improve my relationship with food massively. We have regular check ins where we chat about my goals and I always feel like hes there to support me and answer any questions I might have. I honestly feel like a new woman and its all thanks to Luke!

Just finished 8 weeks with Luke and absolutely loved it. Learnt so much about different techniques and the right ways to excercise properly. Have seen a big change in myself and the way that I think about food and excercise to. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much! :)

Luke is a great trainer, knowledgeable, fun and motivating. He's worked with me on setting a really adaptable programme that I can use throughout my week, whether I can get to the gym or if I am stuck travelling for work. It's early days but I am already progressing and enjoying my workouts much more.

I have been training with Luke on and off for the past few years. Not only has he helped me see what I am able to achieve goal wise he has really helped me overcome confidence issues when going to the gym myself! Through training with Luke I have been able to achieve all goals that I set out and sometimes quicker than expected! Luke is extremely knowledgeable and I feel that I am constantly learning from him looking forward to carrying on my training

I started working with Luke about 9 months ago with a view to him helping me with a 3 month training programme. The three months went so well, I have continued to get PT sessions with him weekly since then. Previously I found it difficult to make sense of the copious amounts of information available through social accounts and online. Luke has simplified the whole process, whether that be ensuring correct form, eating the correct foods, tracking nutrition or utilising MyFitnessPal. He's also easy to get on with, so no awkward one 2 one sessions, which for me was also a big plus... Luke goes above and beyond when taking someone on. He constantly checks on my progress outside of sessions, and his detail to planning future sessions makes them easy to understand and follow. I really cannot rate him highly enough.
