Scott gave me the best advise for the results I wanted, diet plans and exercise plans, I couldn't of asked for more help. Constantly on the end of the phone if I ever needed anything or had any questions, such a nice genuine guy who is willing to help anyone, we also did a few sessions of boxing which were quality, his knowledge base is fenominal! Couldn't recommend him more!!

Scott is an amazing guy who loves what he does! He has always got a smile on his face and is very motivating, he always makes you feel good about yourself and dig that little bit deeper when you feel like you've hit a brick wall and are ready to give up! I would highly recommend Scott

He does exactly what it says on the tin. No fads, no BS if you want results he will go out of his way to give you results. Strongly recommended great guy also
