I have been training with Kelsey for over 3 years now. Before I found K Sturges I found it difficult to be consistent with other types of fitness and got bored easily, but with Kelsey I have been able to stay consistent due to the varied classes. The sessions range from weights to hiit and are always different each time. I always feel Kelsey knows what each individual can push themselves to which helps them make progress. I cant recommend Kelsey enough!

Ive really been enjoying training with Kelsey 3 times a week over the last couple of months, she has adapted every single class for my needs which you think in a group setting may not be capable but shes done from the start for me and never forgets, I actually look forward to going every week, Thank you Kelsey

I started PT training with Kelsey to help me regain my fitness and strength. She listens to what you want to do and tailors each session to suit you. She makes it enjoyable and challenging so you are never bored. Classes are also fun and sweaty and she makes sure everyone feels welcome regardless of age or ability. Fitness is now part of my weekly routine and I hate missing a session. Thanks Kelsey!

Really enjoy my weekly sessions training with Kelsey, be it a 1 on 1 personal training session tailored to my ability and fitness levels or joining a group at boot camp, its always a good challenge and loads of fun. Would recommend Kelsey no matter your fitness levels.
