        Went in last week, waited patiently whilst staff member was going through some paperwork. However, she did not even acknowledge me even though I was stood right in front of her. I would not have minded waiting if some courtesy or customer service had been shown. Lost my patience and spent my money elsewhere! Plain rude!

        I bought few perfumes worth over 100 from this fragrance shop in bracknell shopping centre and the lady asked me if i could give her my email so she can send me E-receipt. So i gave her my email. Later i realised she made a fake account using my email and put me on a yearly membership without my consent and use my credit card details for subscription. They are thief and fraudsters. Never ever buy anything from that shop. They use your details such as ur email and the card you use there. And without ur knowledge they put u on yearly membership Of 15. I thought they were reliable but u cant trust anyone these days.
