        I've always received outstanding audiology service at SpecSavers in Bracknell. The only issue I have at the moment is that whilst my hearing has deteriorated since my last hearing test, and SpecSavers say the technology of the NHS hearing aids have improved since I had my aids 2.5 years ago, the government says I cannot benefit from this new technology yet and I have to wait another 2.5 years! My doctor could just give me a new referral, which would enable SpecSavers to provide me with a new pair of hearing aids. I have asked twice over the last 2 months but the surgery hasn't even bothered to respond with even a "no sorry you'll have to wait ". That, however, could come under a whole new feedback on Forest Health Group in Bracknell!!

        Paid hundreds of pounds for a few pairs of glasses, but unfortunately, the prescription was wrong FIVE times. Terrible experience from service to waiting to no apologies.
