Bob has been at the foundation of me purchasing my property. During a period when interest rates have sky rocketed and with a complicated lease that restricted the number of lenders I could use, he managed to get the best deal for me. Not once, not twice, but three times, as the process took over a year due to complications with the seller. Overall, Bob's service was amazing, we had very good communication when things needed a quick turn around and he supported me until the completion was confirmed. I cannot stress enough how important the role of a mortgage advisor is and how much they help smooth the whole purchase process. I would recommand him anytime to everyone who is looking for mortgage advice. Best money for mortgage services ever paid!
