        I have only got positive things to say about Scootermart and Juliette in particular. She goes over and above to provide outstanding customer service, which just makes me want to go back to her! No question remains unanswered, and no problem is too small. I am impressed by her organisation and kindness. Larger companies could learn from this one.

        We contacted Scootermart to see if they could repair a wheelchair and a walker that had both been broken by the care home that my father-in-law was in. The lady in the shop was super helpful and said to bring them in for a look. We couldn't initially find the shop so the lady came out to the street to wave at us! We left them with her and she said they would look at them in the afternoon. She duly rang us a couple of hours later and said they were fixed. Lovely staff and a lovely shop. Recommended.
