Went there this morning only customer in shop four members of staff stood around chatting, one I assume was the manager, service was non existent the young lady was more interested in getting back to join the staff chatting than serving us.

I was the only person in the shop this morning. There were 3 members of staff behind the counter. I was returning some trainers that were too big and I needed a bit of help to find some others. The help was non existent and I felt that I was inconvenience. In the end I got a refund and have ordered online. I have put the poor service before down to them being busy but this was not the case today.
