Staff took the time to troubleshoot my issue in regards a stick drift on my xbox controller. They checked my account and advertised they can replace as i had the extended warranty on the purchase and they will swap free of charge. Staff saved me 50 pounds. Highly recommend

I still call it game station! Game do try 'bless' But I say bring back game station, free sweets every day, good music, now all you hear rap cr*p Service is great thou. BUT amazon is easier
