Lazy agents, my partner had a viewing appointment of a flat in Finchampstead, Berkshire. He showed up on time & a painter & decorator shouted out the window " have you come to view the flat?" He said the Forrest agent had asked the Painter to let him in as she had already been out to show 2 other prospective viewers in the morning!! Unbelievable bad customer service. Who behaves like that??

The renting process itself was fine, staff have been friendly and lots of communication and a successful move in on our date. However once we had completed the move all that stopped. We moved in to find an unusable shower, broken washing machine, blocked drain, out-dated boiler, etc At this point Forrest were ignoring our numerous calls, only replying via email which would take 2-3 days and in the end we were without a washing machine for 3 weeks! Overall the communication is extremely poor, several emails have just been completely ignored and a viewing for the property was not given in the minimum 24 hour window! The experience has been incredibly stressful, lost us time and money and I dread to find out what the vacating process will be like!

Ali Sarwar was such a big help during my time finding a property and was very professional.He supported and advised me throughout and answered every question i had, I will say he was very exceptional and deserves a pay rise or some sort of recognition for his hard work and effort Thank you!
