The reviews here do not accurately describe this vital service. I have had over a decade of experience at new hope and they have never had any positive influence. I know of many people to have used this service, and have yet to see any positive influence or outcome. This is an absolute travesty because the funding, resources and training are there, what seems to be lacking is compassion and respect for a person even at their lowest point. Until new hope are able to conceive that there are essential improvements in their conduct and service then unfortunately they will continue to fail some of the most vulnerable members of the community to whom they owe a duty of care. My point is valid, can be evidenced and is shared by many. If you have had a positive experience and outcome and can evidence it please share ,however just being in the vicinity and hitting 5stars on a google review is misleading and not helpful.
