        Danni was really helpful with the initial quote, arranging the measuring, selection of the right carpet and sorting a really fast date for fitting. Couldn't be happier with the customer service.

        Dannii in the Bracknell store has been a fantastic help. We're only starting on our journey of getting new flooring but the amount of help and knowledge that she's been able to offer has been amazing and really helped in our choices. Unbelievably impressed.

        Judging by the previous reviews, I'm guessing I was served by the manager. His name was Rahul, zero sales skills. Told us the product in store was already sold to somebody else but magically there was more available when we went to leave. Then states it's cheaper product so no warranty. Quite rude, if my other half wasn't there, I would have walked out.
