        Very poor customer service. The item they sent me did not match the pictures on the website. The company did not want to accept this is the case despite me sending screenshots to prove my point. They would not send me a returns label so i can get a refund. Never use this company. If you have a problem, you are sure to be out of pocket.

        Would give no stars if I could. Completely terrible excuse for customer service. Having bought an item as a gift it was immediately clear it was faulty so contacted customer service to arrange a return. After two weeks of chasing emails and calls (numbers didn't work), I finally received a response. Some complete nonsense about not being able to offer a refund in full, that the item had to go back to the manufacturer. Over 5 weeks later, constant chasing this useless company, we finally received a refund. Avoid at all costs and if you do buy from them, use a credit card!
