They took my car in as an emergency recovery - they were really clear with their communication, highly professional and friendly. I recommend them highly - a great local business.

I have been looking for a quality garage. And freindly knoweldgeable mechanics who offer an outstanding service amazing value. I live in Hounslow to travel to Bracknell as once you found a good mechanic you stick with em... Totally recommended

After they replaced my heater matrix it failed less than a year later. They agreed to have a look at it as it shouldn't fail in that time. After waiting in the waiting room for hours I went to their bathroom which meant I had to walk past my car which had a number of "mechanics" standing around it whilst it gushed steam and water everywhere. I walked over and turned it off then asked what they were doing. They explained that they were warming it up. At that point I thought it best to tell them that it had a pressurised cooling system and therefore needed to have the cap on otherwise it would not work. They looked at me like I was speaking in a foreign language. If I hadn't seen my car they would have catastrophically overheated it whilst trying to see why my heater matrix had failed. I thought it best at that time to have the car towed to another mechanic to just replace their heater matrix. In the short time I was unfortunate enough to be at Warfield garage I was lied to, threatened and saw numerous cases of unhappy customers complaining of everything from being overcharged, work not being done, or things failing after they'd been done. The mechanic I use now replaced my heater matrix for just over half the price they charged. Good luck if you take your car there. If they don't know how to fix it they'll make sure it's properly broken and charge you for the privilege. The place used to be brilliant. They moved and expanded and took on guys that don't know what they're doing. Now is needs to be avoided.
