Donna is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She took the upmost care when treating my elderly and very melodramatic dog, working with sensitivity and patience. Donnas treatments and prescribed exercises made a significant difference to her comfort and mobility. I recently lost my dog and Donna has been amazing, sending thoughtful and supportive messages. An absolute gem of a human who really gets dogs and cares about what she does, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her.

I have a very aggressive rescue poodle who has had a few issues over the years with a painful back/ neck. I was recommended to try Animal physiotherapy ltd and I have been amazed at the way Donna has handled him, she is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and in the 8 years I have had him I have never seen him respond so well to a stranger, especially one that has had to touch him as that usually sends him into orbit triggering his aggression. I would not hesitate to recommend Donna to anyone even if they think their animal is un treatable. She can!

My little Yorkie has had multiple surgeries on her legs and after the 3rd one when she broke both her elbows I was so overwhelmed and discovered physio for pets Donna saved me and Lillies recovery was so much easier having someone to help me and show me how to build her back up slowly and then she snapped her cruciate I was still going for 6 monthly checks so it was a continuous appointment Now we pop back every 6 months for check up as shes a senior now and she loves it and adores Donna I recommend animal physio to everyone whos animal has had surgery its so much better than filling them with drugs

My dog has been seeing Donna for a few months now and every time we have seen her shes been so incredible with him as he can be a bit of a Devil. All appointments have reminders sent the day before and shes always on hand to answer any questions or issues you have and makes the treatment plans to suit your pet and there needs. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Donna to anyone that has a pet that need physiotherapy in the future.
