        Night staff is extremely rude. Most of the the time they hidden at the back of shop or smoking cigarettes outside. customer wait until he is finish with his gossip.

        Please explain why the Costa machines don't dispense the correct amount of coffee, yet every other retail store that has exactly the same machines including Sainsbury's Bagshot Road fills it to the top (the correct amount). 2.90 for a 'large' coffee which barely fills the cup over half is a scam and rip off. The manager knows its happening, clearly trying to maximise profit by scamming customers.
