Go Explore Motorhome Hire, Berkshire

We had a wonderful bank holiday in Snowdonia trough Go Explore , when we meat Mark to see the motor home he was very professional and helpful, explaining everything to us and assuring us that if there is anything we need we can call him plus he made a video on YouTube about everything . The motor home was immediately prepared for us , it comes with all the things you need like chairs , tables for outside and a grill plus lots more . If you looking to hire a motor home we highly recommend Go explore ,we will definitely use them in future ! Thank you Mark .

Excellent communication and hire on such short notice. Beautiful motor home and lovely to drive. We hired it for additional sleeping accommodation for the family for a party and it was perfect. It was nice that due to us been fairly local that they collected from us the day after. Lovely people to talk to and we would certainly use again. Already passed their details on to people at the party.

We hired Mark & Angelas Swift Bessacarr 496 as newbies, so this was our first ever tour in a motorhome with the intention to see if the motorhome touring life was for us, we werent disappointed. We are local so after initial contact with Mark & Angela, they kindly offered us the opportunity to have a look over the motorhome before committing to any hire. This was extremely helpful to us and put our minds at ease that the layout was what we were looking for, it was, so we booked a week to go round the Southwest touring. We had a great time and really enjoyed the freedom and pleasure of doing everything at our own pace. We stayed in several different stopovers and got the most out of our time on the road. We got some things wrong but thats all part of the fun. From our initial communication with Mark & Angela to the thorough handover and return of the motorhome we could not find fault with. Everything from start to finish was well communicated, organised and professional, we felt the personal touch that you dont always get these days stood out and helped the whole experience go smoothly and as we had expected. I should also mention the YouTube videos that Mark & Angela have put together were extremely helpful for us newbies if we ever got stuck. We have definitely got the bug now so bring on our next adventure.

I had been searching various motorhome hire companies, most seeming to be a little impersonal and then I came across Go Explore. When enquiring and while booking, Mark and Angela could not have been more helpful. They made the whole process easy and stress free. When we collected the van for our 9 night holiday, we were met by Mark who proudly showed us around the motorhome. As we set off, he made it clear that if we needed anything at all, we just had to message him. He was true to his word as we did have a couple of queries whilst on our trip which Mark dealt with immediately. The motorhome was immaculately prepared for us and we had a really enjoyable time touring Yorkshire in it. I am one to mention is something isn't as it should be, especially if customer care is lacking but in this case, there is nothing that my partner Liz could fault. If you are looking for 'personal' service and a really cool motorhome then I highly recommend Go Explore.
