Excellent service from start to finish. I was given an appointment for the next day for a boiler repair. Martin came and worked for 2hrs, cleaning and repairing. He explained in easy terms what he had done and I was left with a working boiler within 24hrs of phoning.

Poor service from Gary and their service guy tried to sell me on something I didnt need. After they left their was an issue with the boiler, upon a return check nothing was done about it and they washed their hands of responsibility. Be weary.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Drayton Boiler Services. Andy came round to survey our property at short notice when the old boiler died. I am a novice and he took time to answer my questions in a straight forward way so that I understood what work needed to be done. He also suggested a solution which another company hadn't come up with, which saved us huge amounts of prep work. The quotation was broken down really nicely and everything was explained within it in laymans terms. The price quoted was competitive and is what we paid. All the guys who came into the property to complete the work (from the main installer, Doug, to the apprentices and electrician) were polite, friendly, and tidy. The work took one more day than expected and I felt comfortable to leave Doug with a key for the day so we could go out to work and when I returned from work we had heating and hot water. Love our new boiler.

I contacted Drayton Boiler services in December after problems with my old Glowworm boiler were becoming more frequent. They were able to come to my property the same day and somehow managed a temporary repair that got me through Christmas and the new year. We both agreed the boiler was at the end of its life and provided me with a comprehensive and competitive quote for a replacement boiler . The call out charge was refunded for the initial visit. The installation took place last week. The team were first class, in every aspect. I was given a choice of makes and decided on a Vaillant after asking some questions . This met my needs and price point. The men were very professional, friendly and showed me how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble ! This is a superb family business who I wouldnt hesitate to recommend and will use them for all my plumbing and heating needs as well as the security of a yearly boiler service from a local company.
