Argos Bagshot Road in Sainsburys

Bad service today : Tried to return some overear headphones, was told one of the staff was the manager, later found out she wasn't. First lie Was told I couldn't return the headphones because Argos won't be able to return them. Challenged my consumer rights and basically hit a brick wall of I can't return them. I called head office whilst in the store and they said I could return them. Second lie I won't be buying products from here again, this is why Amazon are killing companies like Argos. One bad experience and you lose a customer for life.

Just visited Argos in Bracknell I bought wax heater didnt work good and the wax comes with it its like super glue nearly takes the skin off I spoke to the manger alamie tsm about it and tried to explain but she wasnt very helpful and rude makes me feel embarrassed around people poor customer service and she dont want to take any responsibility she can only provide contact number for the company what a waste 40 gone in the bins
