        DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY They are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and made our situation a whole lot worse. They speak to clients in an aggressive and unkind manner and the way they treat their carers is shocking.

        I have enjoyed most the hospitality and friendliness of the Managers and employeees. Loving Angels Care has showed me that caring for people shold not only be a job but also an act of voluntarism and compassion. They have love and respect for all clients and employees. I would definitely recomend LAC to anyone I can meet.

        from a carers point if view- i worked there about three years ago. they were not able to provide me with correct p60 form. they were disrespectful- they did not bother to tell me they would not give me any jobs anymore and i wasted two months by waiting (it was zero hour contract, if course). i wasted other two months by waiting for their work reference for my next employer until i gave up - they did not bother to inform me they would not provide me with any reference, insted when i called them they lied to me they would give a reference... so to summarize - their arrogance cost me 4 monthly income. so i just have to not mention this company in my cv.
