I went to collect a coat which had not arrived in store, Ricky rang to check where it was in the system and then contacted me by telephone to update me on the status. When I returned to the store to pick up a different order he took over from another member of staff and quickly and efficiently got my order out for me.
Thats what I want when I go to a store, to feel valued and that the staff care about my purchase.
