Amazing! 3rd time here this year for service and repair. The team is awesome, very attentive and no issues at all. They all go out of their way to make the customer experience the best. Special thanks to Sky from January and more recently Stephan for a trouble and hassle free visit. Lovely inside, place is clean. These guys were absolutely fantastic. I came in on an emergency and they went above and beyond to look after me and get me back on the road that day. Paul Nash was brilliant. Highly recommend

Dont bother going here. I have been there 3 times now and never a good outcome! Ive had to write a review now on my most recent trip there as I am just so frustrated with them I dont want any anyone else to go through the same hassle I have endured. If I were going to state all the problems Ive had I could write a novel! So Ill just share my most recent encounter with them. Ive been unable to find my wheel locking key so went there on Monday- was asked if I had a letter relating to the locking key which I hadnt so was advised (without them even looking at my car) that I had a best case scenario of the price being 165 +vat -worse case scenario of (WAIT FOR IT) 665+vat. I can almost guarantee had I booked it in it would have been the worse case scenario. Needless to say I didnt hang around. Today I took my car to Sunbury Land Rover who immediately took my car in, took it upstairs to the service whilst I had a cuppa and looked at their beautiful cars. They came back to me to say that my car,s model didnt have a letter and I needed a new locking key set which they have ordered for me for 100+vat. Please go a little bit further and take your cars to Sunbury. I have lost all trust in Bracknell Land Rover.
