Had good experiences here in the past, however won't be going back. There is no appointment system, so fitting this time took a while for two tyres (over 2hrs in total), but that's luck of the draw. The main issue I had though is that the tyre fitters had severely over tightened the wheel bolts, to the point that the bolts had visibly stretched. The locking wheel nuts were finger tight, whilst the remaining 8 bolts had been torqued to somewhere north of 400lbft. My torque wrench unfortunately only goes up to 400lbft, and when trying to undo the bolts the wrench clicks. With a bit of man maths, 5 of them undid somewhere around 600lbft, whilst the remaining 3 required more. They should be around the 90lbft area for my car (a bit more for breakaway etc). Not sure if it's due to new people working there without suitable training, or a lack of care, but I won't be going back. This time I was lucky that none of the bolts sheared, and no other damage occurred. Getting the basics wrong doesn't inspire confidence.

I have been going here for over 10 years for tyres. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I trust what they say (which is unusual for a tyre shop). If you don't need to change your tyre, they won't try and convince you otherwise. Prices are always highly competitive If you live in the area, frankly this is the ONLY place you should go to. Highly recommend
