We needed a new Boiler installed and contacted Bee Smart online and received an instant reply and visit the same evening for quotation. After meeting Billy, we arranged a convenient date for installation, the service was impeccable. Just moved into a new home, unfortunately the gravity system and boiler were very old and started to trip all the time. Asked Billy to quote for a new combi system. We had used him before to service our boiler and we trusted his judgement. No doubt things are lot more expensive from before the pandemic, but accepted Billys quote, which was pretty much the same as another heating contractor. The work was done in 3 days, only lost heating and hot water for no more than a day. The installation has been fantastic, completely transformed the house and the ease of hot water and heating. Valiant boiler is superb. Billy and the team he used were great, could not be more complimentary. Everything looks tidy, they didnt make any mess and the dog loved him !! We did have one issue with the bathroom valve, but not something that could have been foreseen. It was old and just could not take the new pressure, but Billy sorted that out immediately.
