We recently sold a property from probate with the very knowledgeable team at Avocado Property. The property was put on the market on the Wednesday, viewings were held on Saturday and the sale was agreed by the following Wednesday. The sale price achieved was significantly above the asking price. The team worked well, both with our solicitor and the purchaser. We were totally satisfied with the process from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone getting involved in what is becoming a difficult property market, both for sellers and purchasers.

We engaged with Avocado to sell our property and was really impressed by their approach to selling our house. We had a very specific brief and therefore Ian had to ensure any interested parties were properly managed and understood the situation from the outset. This resulted in more work for Avocado but in reality it meant the actual experience of selling our house wasnt as stressful as it could be. From a buyers perspective. Their personal approach means you feel like you are getting a real bespoke service - you arent just a name on a CRM system - the result of this is meaningful sensible conversations about properties that you would truly consider.. there isnt a scatter gun approach to it which is not only refreshing but vital when you have busy lives like ours. We were really interested In one of their properties and called them every day for 2 weeks straight. No one bothered getting back to me even tho I called over 10 times I kept being told I will get a call back. I would never use this company again
