I recently decided to transfer from Vodafone to Tesco O2 I obtained a PAC code to transfer my phone number of my iPhone 5S Tesco said my phone was unlocked and I entered a contract for the new sim which was duly inserted and Tesco added the PAC code The phone would not work and then Tesco decided my phone was still locked and I should ask Vodafone to unlock it When I contacted Vodafone they said they could do nothing as I no longer had an account with them At present I have phone that does not work and Tesco Net now own my phone number Beware Of the inexperienced staff at warfield
