        Unprofessional. Patronising. Greedy. Inconsiderate. Feeling like my presciption changes frequently to hit a sales target. I no longer dread going to this optician to be made to feel like I am not worthy and have to beg for a good service..... because I will never go there again

        Awful Optician The Worst In Bracknell A Massive Let Down In The Town Harry Is Extremely Rude Arrogant Will Not Even Look At Me And My Wife In My Face. WILL NEVER GO INTO BOOTS OPTICIANS BRACKNELL AGAIN

        Good professional service by Emily. She took great care to make sure my bifocals were fitted accurately and was very personable. I really got the impression it was important to her that she gave great service.

        Previously had eyes checked by Boots Opticians because of floaters and flashes in my right eye, but was told my eye was okay although the other eye had a small bleed. That has now been resolved. Today I rang to ask about what I thought was a blocked tear duct. The man who answered the phone went away saying hed ask someone about it. I hung on for 30 minutes then put the phone down as no-one got back to me. I went to the local hospital walk-in eye clinic, and they told me I have a detached retina and am having surgery in two days time. Thanks Boots
