Staff not getting back to me when thay say thay will I've tried with econsultant and tried to get a sick note still nothing I need one for universal credit it's always a struggle to get anything sorted at this place

The receptionist here is absolutely shocking! Im surprised they allow someone like this on their front desk. I believe her name begins with an N and what an awful person to deal with over the phone and she didnt want to help. I was trying to get hold off someone in regards to my daughters physio, we went here and she kept saying, we dont have anyone here or by this doctors name. I thought this was very odd, considering I was there a few weeks ago and I only called to chase an appointment. I eventually had to cut the phone because some receptionist have no basic communication skills or a level of empathy to deal with patients and they shouldnt be doing a role like this. Eventually, I emailed someone and got an appointment with the physio department at this very same place but I will be reporting her and escalating it as she was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I can see why the reviews are extremely low.
