Useless.... Wanted urgently to order a pendant alarm for my mother who is 96, nobody could be bothered to call me back even agfter chasing. If this is the service you get up front, goodness knows how bad they will be in reponding to an emergency. Have now gone elsewhere, I would avoid this company completely.
