I was launching my business and finding it difficult to get around to setting up my CRM/internal systems, managing the marketing and setting up of my website. I found The VA Team, and they started to help me with bring my CRM system online and getting it setup ready for me to start using from day one. With their assistance I really felt like I had someone holding my hand and assisting me launch my photography business. Thank you for outstanding service.

The VA Team do a great job in answering any missed calls to my phone or if I'm on another call. It portrays a much more professional look if customers or prospects actually speak to someone and they are much less likely to just phone a competitor. The team are also very accommodating in answering calls however you want them to and then email/text you the call details. A great service and great value.

Before I started working with the VA team I was feeling a bit stuck in my dance fitness business - I had lots of ideas on the ways I wanted to move forward and I wanted to start providing and delivering new services but I was so bogged down in the day to day essential administration of the that I felt like I had no time to think creatively and not enough energy to establish and build new classes. It was also challenging to take time off and going on holiday would be very stressful to leave and even more stressful to return. I was a little apprehensive about taking the plunge with the VA team - its scary to let go of the reins and I was unsure if the financial investment would pay off. However it's been an absolute pleasure working with Kenneth and his team. They have relieved a lot of the stress of working alone and even working just 20 hours a month for me have lightened my load enough to be able to establish new classes, generating extra income. They work more efficiently than I do so seem to finish the work I give them quicker than I would myself. They pick up the work quickly and exceeded my expectations by getting my email inbox down to zero (for the first time in 3 and half years of running the business!). I felt I could fully trust Kenneth to run the show for me whilst I went to India for a month on a Yoga Teacher training course. The best thing about working with Kenneth is feeling like I'm no longer alone in my business and that returning after a month off has been easy and stress-free. Thank you Kenneth and the VA team! :)
