      • Sagacious PickyDude

        Seem to have lost their way since moving from Maidenhead and wonder if they will be around much longer. They at least used to have events for existing customers but that seems to have dried up. I think their main problem is hopeless marketing to those outside their existing customer base and I never see them mentioned in the popular computer press. I contacted their British office to see if I could help put this right but they didnt even bother to reply after the initial greeting. Their software agents were scareely much better and it took ages to get a simple software query resolved.
