We recently purchased a property that was sold by David Cliff. Matt in particular took such good care of us from the very beginning when we started our search. He gave us so much of his time and experience and couldn't have been more helpful. Even though they weren't selling our property, we felt so looked after by him and the team, and found that he went over and beyond. We were more supported by David Cliff than our own selling agents! Communication was always immediate and Matt was always on hand to help us, or to arrange subsequent viewings at the property. When we finally completed, it was such a lovely touch to receive a card and a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the team. Thanks so much - you made a very stressful experience much easier! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend David Cliff to anyone selling or purchasing a property.

Matt came to value our property and whilst we dont need to move, we wanted more space for the children and office space to work from home.. we had options Matt was amazing, he was so straight forward and guided us to a decision that benefited us, not him. He was clearly experienced, knowledgeable and understood our objective.. but no selling, pitching, negotiating.. he really did have our best interests at heart. Were not selling, but when we do.. he will be the first person I call. I trust him and from years of poor agent experiences this is priceless.

Apparently there is meant to be delay in the conveyancing process - certainly not the case with David Cliff! Absolutely first class service from Matt, Chris and Lyndsey - I was constantly kept up to date in the process and all my questions were answered immediately and professionally - my house sold in just two weeks of being on the market and then took just three months from agreed sale to completion! I would 100% use David Cliff again!

Matthew and Lindsey from David Cliff Binfield are without doubt the best estate agents I have dealt with over the last 40 years. They have recently dealt with the sale of my house, the communication with them was faultless and Matthew never tired of my relentless calling for updates- in my view dont waste your time looking at any other agents, its definitely worth the agents fees ( which were really reasonable)- 100% recommended

After 36 years in my family home I have had to downsize. David Cliff have handled the whole transaction superbly. I can highly recommend the staff at the Binfield branch who have been courteous and very efficient at all times. A special mention for Matt who has been so kind and understanding. He has kept me very well informed at all stages of the transaction and nothing has been too much trouble. I cant recommend David Cliff highly enough.
