        I will give zero star if I could. Absolutely terrible service. When I place the order, the sales told me the installation can be done two weeks after survey sign off. However after two months after survey, the installation is still far from completion. Many issues, e.g smashed glass panel, window frame arrived without glass, bay window frame arrival without post, no window's restrictor , wrong colour of hardware of door.. etc. My whole renovation has been delay for more than three months just because I chose the wrong windows&doors supplier. Totally nightmare!

        Good products at a fair price, customer service absolutely terrible. N.B. Just had a reply from Home Hub NINE months later in response to my review stating that customer service was terrible! Hilarious.

        I will never know. I have been trying to view windows on their webpage for 6 weeks. It has yet to load. I have called HomeHub to ask if they have a problem (5 times no call back as yet). 25 bespoke windows later, still waiting will look at it as a miss. Would give no stars but not possible
