        Disappointed, after 5 years not using their services, now when I call they cannot see me, constantly busy, telling me call tomorrow, tomorrow is the same issue - call next day... Not listening, not understanding, not care. Moving all to online. Why do we pay them and ending going to private?! My child is sick I can't wait next day and again next day and so on... I would not give them even 1 star.

        After an e-consult yesterday I tried 111 who told me to see my doctor. I tried phoning and couldnt get through. I tried from 8am to 9.30 today to then find there are no appointments. I know my consultation with 111 will have been recorded and I have left a voicemail too. This is a broken system.
