I have been using Revitive Medic for some 15 years and they do what it says on the tin, very pleased.Did not give 5 stars as the AC adaptors do not last long, but the very helpful Customer Service tell me that they are now making them stronge, just ordered one so we shall see.

I ordered the Revitive Medic Plus in April, for my father who has MND. The person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, explaining the 90 day trial and which model would be best for him. I wouldn't have got the same advice from Boots or Argos, which is why I contacted the company directly. Very surprised to see negative reviews and felt I had to share my experience. My father has benefitted from using the product and wants to keep it, now the 90 day trial is up. I can now also claim back the VAT.

I paid for the Machine in full. It was shipped 31/12/2020 . I am delighted with it. HOWEVER - I give it a mere 1Star as I still await my VAT refund ! Yes ! 3 Customer Service Calls - 1st ASSURED VAT was on its way - 2nd similar Assurance .3rd Call -Today- 28/01/21 - I am told no VAT Form has been received . Carelessness ? -Twice ? First Class Equipment - Clever Sales Team - Whatever - Dreadful way to treat a Disabled 77 year old . Complaint to Ombudsman - well deserved.

I bought their rubbish cheap nasty machine very rude people she put the phone down when I said I would like the piece of rubbish picked up it is cheap and nasty has nil benefits you can buy a tens machine a lot cheaper buyer beware

Someone used my credit card number to purchase service/product at Actegy LTD for 100+ Euro this week. It seems comapny has weak payment protection against fraud paymemt
