        Still the best MMA gym in the area. Packed timetable with classes every day to suit even the busiest of schedules. Great coaches with attention to detail and personal approach. Great if you want to learn a new skill, if you want to stay in shape and also if you seek to compete. Nice and clean mats and loads of equipment at your disposal and great changing rooms and showers. If you are a member you can also use the gym on your own at your convenience or organise open matt session with other grapples and strikers in the members exclusive FB groups. Definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking to find his best self!

On a personal level, Ive felt listened to, developed and respected. Thanks to Brenden, his team and the other members, I continue to really value training with you and being part of this club.
