The worst customer service around. I would not bother dealing with 3M at all! Made a complaint in December and has still not been sorted!

What most people don't know is how often everyone living in a city is benefitting from products made by 3M. Yes they are massive and a bit souless, but the reality is nothing giant will be perfect all over. With scale comes power at the detriment of fleet of foot, with more than a century of manufacturing proven products comes at the detriment of risk taking and Innovation. Innovation fuels growth, and despite the majority of the Innovation having been bought through acquisitions, the internal budget for R+D remain high according to external quoted figures but unverified by 3M

I've been in Metals for 42years an use the latest 3m fx9100 helmet. The battery doesn't even last a 6 hour shift. Garbage! And to add insult,its 145 a pop

Ask for a sample, I didn't get mine but oddly my friend did. Turns out on the form, if you do not consent to a feedback you will not get one. Basically buying positive review using samples. I asked them if that is the case, why are you asking me to wait because there a shortage of stock?I received this in return: "The tone of your email and the use of an abbreviation which is highly inappropriate in a professional communication has resulted in a decision being made that 3M will not be supplying free sample materials on this occasion or in the future. Yours Sincerely Nicola " You need to work on your customer skills, specially if you have sample per review scam going on, and wasting peoples time and hide behind professionalism when you are confronted about it is not the way.
