Great equipment, although a little clunky and not as intuitive as other products on the market. The Enforcer, Cloud, App and WE set up so far after a couple of years has not accounted for any false alarms which is a bonus. The business is going through a period of enhanced role out - integration of their CCTV (HikVision) products with their existing panels and alarms. As an end user I would greatly welcome whats required for my system to support this integration and this is where it all comes apart for me. The reason for only 3* is simply due to Pyronix's appalling customer support / service. As an end user without a local installer who is familiar with the cloud based solutions, CCTV and the hard alarm kit aspect I am not blessed with local 'engineer' support. Emailing the customer service of Pyronix with technically bias questions leads sadly to exceptionally limited responses. Almost brief one word, one sentence answers. Maybe its them looking to only support installers and distributors and not the end user? But then why release end user install PnP camera systems if you dont want to provide a support service? Appears they are also very slow to roll out training to distributors also, seeing as I cant find local ones who can help. I am a fan of the systems and product, but would not recommend them to end users if you wish to get any detailed product support or help.
