        Half decent service. They delivered and setup as promised. But it was all rushed and very much a box ticking approach. They did not take away the old appliance as they were supposed to, claiming it represented a water risk (which it didn't). They had not advised prior to pickup what was required (so check this if you are having them deliver). LG (love their appliances) could do with reviewing their delivery partner and closer monitoring.

        Absolutely shoddy service. The delivery guys do not show up on time which they provide. When they do turn up, they have not patience and run away if their call is not answered at the first ring. Ridiculous service. Will surely recommend to avoid this company at all cost.
