Daniel Renshaw at the Reading office was extremely understanding in agreeing to handle all aspects of the drawing up a deed of variation which was required by a solicitor who was acting on behalf of the buyer purchasing my flat in Bracknell. EJ Winter & Son had carried out the conveyancing on my behalf for the purchase of this property some 5 years ago. Daniel gained agreement from his firm to act on my behalf, who bore all the costs of the work as a goodwill gesture to myself. I found Daniel to be very flexible, personable and efficient in all aspects, including liaising with the landlord to gain agreement for the variation and agreeing a wording acceptable to the buyers solicitor.
