Spillard Karate Bracknell

Spillard Karate has made me the man I am today. I have been with the club for 10 years and I have loved every single one of them. The teaching quality is outstanding and everyone is extremely helpfull, no matter your skill level. The instructors are all incredible people, who I have come to respect more than anyone else I know. You will gain skills of self dicipline and calmness under pressure, as well as physical fitness, confidence and true spirit. I can confidently say that without Spillard Karate I would not be in the position I am today, and I encourage anyone, no matter what age or skill level, to join.

I have trained with Spillard Karate for 13 years, and without a doubt I can say it has been the most positive impact on my life. On top of helping me stay fit and teaching me how to defend myself, it has brought me self-confidence I never thought I would have, cherished friendships, and is the activity I look forward to most in the week. I am greatly indebted to Sensei Alan Spillard for all he has taught me over the years, and equally as much to the other Sensei's at the club. If you are considering taking up a martial art, or even any sporting activity, I have no stronger recommendation than joining Spillard Karate. It has shaped who I am as a person for the better.
