        Timely pickup and return of car, good service and car is running smooth since the service. Only small bit about internally car was not cleaned enough although they washed from outside.

        Routine servicing good over several years. Problem resolution not so good. Part availability for replacement of failed satnav aerial not acceptable. Problem with rear window visibility referred to third party window specialist incurring further frustration and delay.
