As softplays go there were great facilities but I attended with my almost 2 yr old and a big group of older kids which had come from a school turned up at 10am! Not what your expecting in school time. They were not thoughtful of the little ones and in my opinion they were too big even for the big area. Apparently during weekday periods whoosh allow this kind of group as long as they are under 10, but some of these looked like teenagers. My daughter had her hand trodden on and she was barged out the way trying to navigate the staircase . I wouldn't bring her at the weekend for this reason and lots of the other parents with little ones agreed it was not ideal. For this reason I won't be returning until she's much older. Pirates landing is MUCH nicer.

Good softplay. Very reasonably priced. Quite heavy handed on the tannoy though. Announcements being made every couple of minutes to not do this or that. Gets pretty irritating and felt like it was being used to single out parents, broadcasting them to the entire softplay. Thought it was quite harsh.
