Came here with my aunty today, because she had an broken arm she waited 3 hours and went toilet for one second and they made her wait an extra hour worst hospital in berkshire by far, when I asked them how long it would be they kept saying well let you know and kept letting other people infront

First visit here, ample parking, lovely clean building, attentive friendly staff, seen straight away, nurses were lovely and accomodating

I was so impressed with the waiting times. The staff was amazing. Such friendly people. Especially the receptionist who was on this evening , Radiographer was very lovely and helpful and cheery. The practioner nurse who saw me too was brilliant. Thanks for looking after me. Went home with a sprained ankle. Very swollen . But nothing broken

Highly recommend! Friendly and caring staff, spacious reception, comfortable chairs if you need to wait for your appointment.

My fiance Emily had a very unfortunate phonecall with a clinician called Claire at bracknell urgent care centre. Emily was in absolute agony with her wrist and was calling urgent care to get advice on whether we can come in to see someone or call 111. This extremely rude and disgusting member of staff kept cutting Emily off, had no sympathy or human decency at all and offered zero help or support! Never been treated so badly and weve been here many many times. Would 100% be glad to never have this woman speak to Emily again.
