Awful experience, Ive been highlighting my hair for years at various salons, never had a bad experience until now. Thought Id try T&G in Bracknell, and they have completely ruined my hair. I dont know whether its bad quality products or incompetent staff, but my hair wasnt washed out properly after the highlights and toner, it was still stuck on the back of my neck. then my hair turned into dry straw when it came to them brushing and blow drying. My hair has been severely damaged and falling out ever since. I will not be going back there for anything - avoid. Services: Blowouts, Hair highlighting

Ive been bleaching my hair for 10 years, but never had such a horrible experience as in this place. I showed the pic of desired result 3 times, explaining that I wanted root stretching, but the hairdresser, who is also the owner of the place, made simple highlights. Dont know which products she used, but after bleaching they couldnt even brush my hair because it was literally a lump. While trying to brush trough, the brushes were completely filled with my hair. Since then I started to lose lots of hair. The quality of hair was terrible too. After 2 months I am still trying to restore my hair with expensive Olaplex products and still experience hair lose. Result: The horrible service for 178, no apology, ruined hair and hair loss. Service: Hair coloring
