Old school gym, friendly people to banter with whilst training, what else do you need? A PT - Dave French, he knows his stuff and makes you feel like you're Rocky (cos he's a nice guy and a gazillion years old, his experience shows in his torture technique, I mean exercise routines, always exercise routines, I am in for it when I see him next...)

FW Urban Gym offers a range of exercise machines but the primary focus is free weights and there are plenty for everybody. It is unlikely that you will be waiting around at all as there are plenty of benches and bars for everyone. In addition to the outdoor covered area there is an assault course in the outer section.
