The best gym not only in town but for miles past Bracknell. I travel around 25 mins by car just to use this gym as there's so few old school, real community and friendly feeling gyms around anymore. Sid, the owner is beyond great. There's a presence about this owner that makes my partner and I feel very comfortable and definitely a part of the Bodyzone team. He certainly cares for each and every member and super easy going too which makes training sessions enjoyable when training alone or when with a trainer. At first you might feel a little intimidated by the old school style but give it a week or more and start chatting to the team and other members. Then you'll likely be just like me and find it's the only gym you'll be going to. Thanks Sid and Bodyzone!
