    TL;DR Basically - no complaints, Chris is a great PT! He takes great care in assessing your ability level at the start and then reassesses every session. Every week I've had sessions with Chris I see some progress, and the best thing is that it is never at the expense of my muscle or joint health! Chris has modified my exercises every session based on my mobility range, my knee joint stability issue, and any other odd pains or tension I feel while doing the exercises. He makes sure that the form is good before progressing in weight or difficulty. Plus Chris is super positive and encouraging and he is always incredibly accommodating with his schedule.

    Ive only been training with Chris for a couple of months after my PT left the area. I needed someone who would concentrate on specific targets and work around my historic injuries & limitations. Chris is great in tailoring sessions and working out individual plans. Each session works on a specific part of the body & then gradually steps up the progress - never one session the same which makes working out enjoyable
