Lovely Spa pool, swimming pool could be a little warmer. Sauna and steam just right, nice and warm. Gym can't be faulted. Every available machine you could think of and all brand new techno gym equipment. All working well. Free parking too on weekends. Not sure during the week.

I felt cheated by the gym Be very careful while taking membership at this gym. The gym membership is very misleading, they say that the membership is flexible but you need to give 90 days notice, which was not mentioned at the time of joining. The membership agreement will be safely and secretly hidden in the membership login page somewhere you cant find it, you wont be given a physical copy to sign very convenient for them to cheat. Also the health guides or helpers are not that great and some of them will talk to only few people. Im writing this review based on my own experiences in the last 4 months. The most important thing is there is no customer service number at all if you want to talk to someone, the people at the gym just say that they cant help and I need to contact the corporate office, but if you email them, you will get an automated reply stating that you will have to make changes by logging in to the account online or in the mobile app. If you have a query or need help with something you can not get any help It can be said that joining this gym is a trap and be very careful before joining, look at the physical copy of the agreement before paying. And I feel cheated with this gyms administration.
