Because our regular engineer wouldn't be available for another few days, we called this company on a whim because our boiler had lost pressure. They over the phone instructed us on how to re-insert pressure into the boiler, and sure enough, it is now fixed! We will definitely make use of their wonderful assistance in the future. Many thanks!
